Specifically designed for Automotive applications, the AUIRF7319QPBF is a HEXFET® Power MOSFET in a Dual SO-8 package. It utilizes the latest processing techniques to achieve extremely low on-resistance per silicon area. This makes it an efficient and reliable device for use in not only Automotive applications, but also a wide variety of other applications. The AUIRF7319QPBF has a junction operating temperature of 150°C, fast switching speed, and an improved repetitive avalanche rating. The dual MOSFET die capability and enhanced thermal characteristics of the SO-8 package make it ideal for a variety of power applications. It is available in Tape & Reel.
