The TJ3966R-3.3 is a third generation single-chip highly integrated digital music system solution for audio players. It includes an audio decoder with embedded RAM and ROM, ADPCM record capabilities, and USB interface for downloading music and uploading voice recordings. It also provides interfaces to SPDIF, flash memory, LED/LCD, buttons and switches, headphones, microphone, and FM radio input and control. The chip supports WMA and other digital audio standards and can act as a USB mass storage slave device to a personal computer system. With low power consumption and an efficient on-chip DC-DC converter, it allows for long battery life and supports various battery configurations, including 1xAA, 1xAAA, and Li-on. It provides a true 'ALL-IN-ONE' solution for highly optimized digital audio players.
