The Electronic Component Model EL7114CNZ is a driver IC specifically designed to improve the operation of the industry standard TC-4420/29 clock drivers. It is a high-speed driver capable of delivering peak currents of 4A into highly capacitive loads. The EL7114CNZ features a proprietary 'Turbo-Driver' circuit that speeds up input stages by tapping into the wider voltage swing at the output. This results in improved speed, drive capability, and a reduction in timing errors and clock skew problems. Additionally, it offers a 10-fold reduction in supply currents compared to bipolar drivers without the delay time problems commonly associated with CMOS devices.
