Description
The ZR431F005TA is a three terminal adjustable shunt regulator designed for voltage references. It offers excellent temperature stability and can handle output currents up to 100mA. The output voltage can be set to any desired value between 2.5 and 20 volts by using external divider resistors. As a replacement for zener diodes, it provides improved performance in various applications.

- Available in 2%, 1%, and 0.5% tolerance options
- Maximum temperature coefficient of 55 ppm/°C
- Temperature compensated for operation across the entire temperature range
- Programmable output voltage
- Current sink capability range from 50μA to 100mA
- Low output noise
