Description
The MAX9180EXT is a nanometer power comparator in a space-saving SOT23 package. It features Beyond-the-Rails™ inputs and is guaranteed to operate down to +1.8V. The MAX9180EXT also has an on-board 1.245V ±1.5% reference and draws an ultra-low supply current of only 750nA. This makes it ideal for various applications, including 2-cell battery monitoring and management.
