    The ULN2074B is a transistor array within the category of transistors (BJT) - Arrays, designed to interface logic with a broad range of high voltage and high current loads. This device features four NPN darlington switches which are each capable of delivering up to 1.5 A with a minimum breakdown threshold of 80 V and a sustaining voltage of 50 V. The ULN2065B, ULN2067B, ULN2069B, and ULN2071B varieties come equipped with integral suppression diodes intended for inductive loads and share a common emitter. On the other hand, the ULN2075B and ULN2077B varieties boast of isolated darlington pinouts and are ideal for applications such as emitter follower configurations. With regards to the input compatibility, The ULN2065B, ULN2069B and ULN2075B varieties are compatible with popular 5 V logic families, while the ULN2067B, ULN2071B and ULN2077B varieties are compatible with 6-15 VCMOS and PMOS. The ULN2069B and ULN2071B versions come with a pre-driver stage which offers additional gain thereby reducing the load on the control logic.
