The 82MR100KLF is a high-performance electronic component model. It is an enhanced floating-point co-processor that fully implements the IEEE Standard for Binary Floating-Point Arithmetic (754). Designed for use with the THOMSON TS68000 Family of microprocessors, it offers over 1.5 times the performance of its predecessor, the TS68881. This model utilizes VLSI technology, providing maximum functionality in a compact device. It serves as a co-processor to the TS68020/68030 microprocessor units, extending the integer data processing capabilities. The TS68882 instruction set supports all addressing modes of the host MPU and can be used with any MPU devices of the TS68000 Family.
