Description
The 74ALVC162835 is a low voltage 18-bit universal bus driver that combines D-type latches and flip-flops for data flow in transparent, latched, and clocked modes. It is designed with 26Ω series resistors in the outputs to reduce noise in applications such as memory address drivers, clock drivers, and bus transceivers/transmitters. The 74ALVC162835 is compatible with PC100 DIMM module specifications and has a VCC range of 1.65V to 3.6V. It features 3.6V tolerant inputs and outputs, power-off high impedance, and supports live insertion/withdrawal. The ESD performance meets human body model > 2000v and machine model > 200V.
