Description
Electronic Component Model:EPACSZ1284-Z-02Q is a high efficiency heterojunction power FET designed by Excelics. It features a non-hermetic low-cost ceramic 70mil package and has a typical output power of +26dBm. With a power gain of 9.0dB at 12 GHz and a noise figure of 0.4 dB at 2GHz, it provides excellent performance in various applications. The gate of this component is a recessed "mushroom" gate with a size of 0.3 x 600 micron. It is passivated with Si3N4 for enhanced reliability. This model is suitable for high dynamic range LNA applications ranging from DC to 18 GHz.
