Description
The STMicroelectronics STW81103 is an integrated RF synthesizer with voltage controlled oscillators (VCOs). It is a low-cost alternative to discrete PLL and VCO solutions, offering high performance, high integration, low power consumption, and multi-band capabilities. The STW81103 is designed using STMicroelectronics advanced 0.35 µm SiGe process.
