Description
The SPX2950 and SPX2951 are low power voltage regulators that are commonly used in battery-powered applications such as cordless telephones, portable computers, and radio control systems. These devices feature low quiescent current and low dropout voltage. Additionally, the regulators offer a tight initial tolerance of (0.5% for SPX2950A/SPX2951A), extremely good load and line regulation (0.05% typ.), and very low output temperature coefficient (20ppm/°C typ.). The SPX2950/SPX2951 can also function as a low-power voltage reference.
