The IS24C08-3P is a low-cost and low voltage 2-wire Serial EEPROM. It is part of the IS24CXX family, which includes IS24C01, IS24C02, IS24C04, IS24C08, and IS24C16 models. This EEPROM is fabricated using ISSI's advanced CMOS technology, providing a low power and low voltage operation. It features a write protection capability and is available in 8-pin DIP and 8-pin SOIC packages.
