Description
The TK11228BMC-P is a low dropout linear regulator with a built-in electronic switch. It features a high voltage precision of ±2.0% and an active high on/off control. The device has a very low dropout voltage of 80 mV at 30 mA and very low noise levels. It is available in very small SOT-23L or SOT-89 surface mount packages and includes internal thermal shutdown and short circuit protection. An external capacitor can be connected to the noise bypass pin to reduce output noise to 30 µVrms.
