Description
CY7C65113-SXC is a fully integrated USB-to-UART bridge that allows for an easy upgrade of UART-based devices to USB with minimal additional components. It includes a USB 2.0 Full-Speed controller, a UART transceiver, an internal regulator, an internal oscillator, and a 512-byte flash in either a 32-pin QFN or 28-pin SSOP package. This model also features integrated USB termination resistors and single-channel configurable UART interfaces with data rates up to 3 Mbps. It supports various data formats, flow control, and RS232/RS422/RS485 interfaces. With 8 GPIO pins, it enables enhanced flexibility. The CY7C65113-SXC is compatible with major operating systems and offers a 512-byte flash for storing configuration parameters. It operates at a voltage range of 1.71 to 5.50 V and is available in both commercial and industrial temperature ranges. The package is RoHS-compliant, with options for both a 28-pin SSOP and 32-pin QFN package.
