Electronic Component Model: S3C830AX30-QXR9 is an 8-bit single-chip CMOS microcontroller from Samsung's S3C8 series. It features a fast and efficient CPU, a wide range of integrated peripherals, and various mask-programmable ROM sizes. The microcontroller has a sophisticated interrupt structure that recognizes up to eight interrupt levels, with fast interrupt processing assigned to specific levels. The S3C830AX30-QXR9 is fabricated using advanced CMOS process and is designed based on the powerful SAM88RC CPU core. It offers stop and idle (power-down) modes to reduce power consumption, along with a 48K-byte mask-programmable ROM embedded.
