Description
The ACPL-M48T-500E is a fast speed optocoupler designed with an AlGaAs LED and photo detector. It features a built-in Schmitt trigger that provides logic-compatible waveforms, eliminating the need for additional wave shaping. With a totem pole output, this optocoupler does not require a pull-up resistor and allows for direct drive of an Intelligent Power Module or gate drive. It offers minimized propagation delay difference between devices, making it an excellent solution for improving inverter efficiency through reduced switching dead time.
