Description
The STG4500-X is a high-speed SPDT CMOS switch fabricated in silicon gate C2MOS technology. It is designed for portable applications and operates from 1.8V to 5.5V. This component offers a maximum ON-resistance of 4Ω at 5V and 25°C. It has fast switching speeds (tON=7ns, tOFF=4.5ns) and low power consumption (<0.01µW Typ.). ESD immunity is higher than 1000V per Method 3015.7 of MIL-STD-883B. The STG4500-X is available in the commercial temperature range.
