PS8601-V is an electronic component model in the IC Chips product category. It is a high-speed 8-pin photocoupler that combines a GaAIAs LED on the input side and a P-N photodiode and a high-speed amplifier transistor on the output side in one chip. The PS8601-V comes in a plastic DIP package, and there is also a lead bending type (Gull wing) version available for surface mount.
