The CA3280AE features low initial input offset voltage (500µV maximum) for CA3280A, excellent matching of the two amplifiers for all characteristics, low offset voltage change versus IABC (500µV maximum), flexible supply voltage range (+/-2V to +/-15V), and internal current-driven linearizing diodes to reduce the external input current to an offset component. Additionally, the component has a low offset voltage drift of up to 5µV/oC for CA3280A.
