MB90P663AP-G-SH is a 16-bit microcontroller optimized for high-speed real-time processing of consumer equipment and system control of air conditioner video cameras, VCRs, and copiers. It is based on the F2MC*-16 CPU core and includes high-level language support instructions, robust task switching instructions, and additional addressing modes.
