    The PM25LD512-SCE is a serial peripheral interface (SPI) flash memory with a capacity of 512Kbit/1Mbit/2Mbit. It supports a clock rate of up to 33 MHz in normal read mode and 100 MHz in fast read mode. With a wide operating voltage range of 2.3V to 3.6V, it can perform read, erase, and program operations using a single low voltage power supply. The PM25LD512-SCE can also be programmed using standard EPROM programmers.
