Electronic Component Model: P6928BTIZPH is a 1A, Low IGND, Very Low Dropout Regulator (VLDO) with/without Enable. It is designed for space constrained and portable battery powered applications. This device offers enhanced ESD, high PSRR, low Quiescent and Ground current consumption, low noise operation, and short circuit and thermal protection. It is compatible with low-cost ceramic capacitors and is packaged in the 6-Lead DFN3x3 package.
Specifications and features
The NCP690, NCP691, NCP692 CMOS LDO family provides 1 A of output current with enhanced ESD in either fixed voltage options or an adjustable output voltage from 5.0 V down to 1.25 V. It has an adjustable output by external resistors from 5.0 V down to 1.25 V with a guaranteed 1 A output current. The output voltage tolerance is ±1.5% over all operating conditions for adjustable options, and ±2% for fixed options. It has a typical noise voltage of 50 Vrms without a bypass capacitor and a typical dropout voltage of 190 mV at 1 A (Vout = 2.5 V, TJ = 25°C). The device also features active output discharge, active low or high enable pins (depending on the device model), and enhanced ESD protection of 4 kV and 400 V.
