Description
The PS2832-1 is an optically coupled isolator that contains a GaAs light emitting diode and an NPN silicon darlington-connected phototransistor. It is designed for high density mounting applications due to its small and thin package. The PS2832-1 has a high collector to emitter voltage of 300V and a high isolation voltage of 2,500Vr.m.s.
