The 54ACT00FMQB is a quad 2-input NAND gate that utilizes the Harris Advanced CMOS Logic technology. It is processed in accordance with MIL-STD-883 and is fully conformant. It is SCR-latch-up resistant and has a speed comparable to Bipolar FAST/A/S with significantly reduced power consumption. The 54ACT00FMQB is functionally and pin-compatible with industry 54 Bipolar types in the FAST, AS, and S series. It has balanced propagation delays and operates in a military temperature range of -55 to 125°C.
