The TS5215CX533 RF is a smart high-side power switch with two channels. It features a low standby current and a wide operating voltage range. The switch is designed with improved electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and can demagnetize inductive loads quickly. It has stable behavior at undervoltage and its logic ground is independent from the load ground. The TS5215CX533 RF also provides various protective functions including short circuit protection, overload protection, current limitation, thermal shutdown, and overvoltage protection. It has a diagnostic feedback with open drain output, allowing open load detection in OFF-state and feedback of thermal shutdown in ON-state. This power switch is suitable for 12V and 24V grounded loads and can replace electromechanical relays, fuses, and discrete circuits.
