The GAL18V10B-15LPN is a 20-pin programmable logic device (PLD) that uses a high-performance CMOS process with Electrically Erasable (E2) floating gate technology to provide a flexible and reconfigurable logic solution. With a maximum propagation delay time of 7.5 ns, this PLD is suitable for applications that require fast processing times. It consumes less power when compared to its bipolar counterparts due to the use of CMOS circuitry. The E2 technology not only enables fast electrical erasure but also ensures data retention for up to 20 years.
