Description
The PI74AVC16834AE is an 18-bit universal bus driver designed for operation between 1.8V and 3.6V VCC. It features controlled data flow from A to Y using Output Enable (OE). The device operates in transparent mode when LE is LOW and latches the A data when CLK is held at a high or low logic level. The bus driver is designed to drive an array of 133 MHz synchronous memory chips with minimal undershoot/overshoot noise, meeting the input signal rise/fall time requirements of memory chips.
