Description
The ADG508AKP is a CMOS monolithic analog multiplexer with eight channels. The device switches one of eight inputs to a common output, depending on the state of three binary addresses and an enable input. It has TTL and 5 V CMOS logic-compatible digital inputs. The maximum supply rating is 44 V with a wide supply range of 10.8 V to 16.5 V. The device has a low power dissipation of 28 mW maximum and low leakage of 20 pA typical. It is available in 16-lead DIP/SOIC and 20-lead PLCC/LCC packages. The ADG508AKP is a superior alternative to DG508A, HI-508 and DG509A, HI-509.
