The CY8C4014SXI-421 is a microcontroller belonging to the Linear Power PSoC family. This family of microcontrollers is designed to be powered from and connect to voltages above the standard 5V logic voltage used by most microcontrollers. This microcontroller can be powered from a supply voltage of up to 36V, and internally, an LDO regulator converts the supply voltage to 5V for powering the different systems.
