The ZXNB4202JA16TC is a supervisory circuit designed for monitoring the power supply voltage in microprocessor and digital systems. It provides a reset output during power-up, power-down, and brownout conditions. With a precision voltage monitor and low power consumption, this component is a superior upgrade for MAX803/MAX809/MAX810 and SGM803/SGM809/SGM810. It is fully specified over temperature and has a compact 3-Pin SOT23 package.
