Description
M/A-COM’s MAVR-000230-11410T is an ion-implanted, hyperabrupt junction, silicon tuning varactor, with high capacitance ratio and quality factor. It is enclosed in the SOT-23 surface mount package with thermal oxide passivation, making it well-suited for octave bandwidth tuning in the HF to UHF frequency bands. The standard capacitance tolerance of the diodes is ±10%, with tighter tolerances available, and capacitance matching at one or more bias voltages also available. The device is available with standard Sn/Pb plating or 100% matte Sn plating on the RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant devices.
