The NCP431/NCP432 integrated circuits are three−terminal programmable shunt regulator diodes. These monolithic IC voltage references operate as a low temperature coefficient zener which is programmable from Vref to 36 V using two external resistors.

• Voltage Reference Tolerance: ±0.5%, Typ @ 25°C (NCP431B/NCP432B)

• Equivalent Full−Range Temperature Coefficient of 50 ppm/°C Typical
• Temperature Compensated for Operation over Full Rated Operating Temperature Range
• SC Prefix for Automotive and Other Applications Requiring Unique Site and Control Change Requirements; AEC−Q100 Qualified and PPAP Capable
