Description
The ZL40802 is a high performance laser driver designed to drive two separate cathode grounded laser diodes. It features a 150 mA low-noise read channel and three 500 mA write channels. The read channel amplifies the positive current supplied at its reference input by a factor of 100, while the write channels amplify the positive currents supplied at their reference inputs by a factor of 240. The ZL40802 also includes an on-chip RF oscillator for reducing laser mode hopping noise. It offers higher tolerance performance compared to other models.
