Description
SI9100DJ02 is a DC switching regulator used for ISDN power supplies. It comes in a 14-pin SOIC package and provides all the necessary functions to implement a single-switch PWM with a minimum number of external parts. The regulator is designed with BiC/DMOS technology and features a current mode control. The Si9100DJ02 is equipped with a 200-V depletion mode MOSFET that can power directly off the high input bus without an external start-up circuit. The Start and Stop input voltage thresholds can be programmed by a resistor divider, provided +VIN (Start) > +VIN (Stop).
