The Hitachi HM514260ZP-10 is a CMOS dynamic RAM organized as 262,144-word × 16-bit. It offers higher density, higher performance, and various functions due to its utilization of 0.8 µm CMOS process technology and innovative CMOS circuit design technologies. This component provides fast page mode as a high-speed access mode and is available in standard 400-mil 40-pin plastic SOJ and 400-mil 44-pin plastic TSOPII package variations. The HM514260ZP-10 also features an internal refresh timer for self-refresh operation.
