The ZRT025N8A1 is a monolithic integrated circuit that serves as a precise and stable reference voltage source. It provides a reference voltage of 2.5V at 500µA. With a knee current of 150µA, this circuit operates reliably across a wide range of temperatures and currents. The ZRT025N8A1 is available in various package options, including a 3-pin metal can package for through hole applications, as well as SOT223 and SO8 packages for surface mount applications. The output voltage of the ZRT025N8A1 can be adjusted using the trim facility in order to compensate for system errors or set the reference output to a specific value.
