The MX25L6445EMZI-10G is a serial Flash memory with a capacity of 67,108,864 bits. It features a serial peripheral interface and software protocol allowing operation on a simple 3-wire bus. The device can provide high performance read mode which may latch address and data on both rising and falling edge of clock, and supports two or four I/O mode.
