Description
Electronic Component Model: UBM32 is a hex buffer IC chip constructed with N- and P-chan nel enhancement mode transistors. It features logic level conversion using only one supply voltage (VDD). The input signal high level (VIH) can exceed the VDD supply voltage when used for logic level conversions. UBM32 is intended for use as hex buffers, CMOS to DTL/TTL converters, or as CMOS current drivers. It can directly drive two DTL/TTL loads over the full operating temperature range when VDD is 5.0V.
