The IS22C020-P is a high-quality voice synthesizer used in various electronic devices. It utilizes a proprietary ADPCM algorithm to produce audio playback. With its 512K bits on-chip EPROM, it can store up to 20 seconds of voice data at a 6 KHz sample rate.Specifications and features
