Description
The WD4245 is a precision power supervisory circuit designed for monitoring the voltage level of a device's VCC. It generates a reset output on two complementary open drain outputs. In addition to VCC monitoring, it also provides a second voltage comparator input that can be wire-OR'ed with the RESET I/O or used as a system interrupt. The WD4245 also features an integrated 4k/16k-bit nonvolatile memory with a two-wire serial interface. It also includes a watchdog timer.
