The AT93C56PC27 is a 2K-bit Serial EEPROM memory device that can be configured as either 16-bit or 8-bit registers. It can be written or read serially using the DI or DO pin. This device is manufactured using Catalyst's advanced CMOS EEPROM floating gate technology, ensuring high performance and reliability. It has a data retention of 100 years and can endure 1,000,000 program/erase cycles. The AT93C56PC27 is available in 8-pin DIP, 8-pin SOIC, 8-pin TSSOP, and 8-pad TDFN packages.
