Description

The SC2516ML is a fully integrated, Three-in-One DDR Controller that supplies power to the VDDQ, VTT, and GMCH rails. It features two synchronous buck controllers for high efficiency, along with an internal linear regulator that supplies the termination voltage with 1.8A (min) Source/Sink capability.
