Description
The ICL3207IAZ-T is a 3.0V to 5.5V powered RS-232 transmitter/receiver that meets ElA/TIA-232 and V.28/V.24 specifications. It is designed for various applications such as ISDN Terminal Adaptors, PDAs, palmtops, peripherals, and notebook and laptop computers. The low power consumption and small footprint packaging make it an ideal choice for devices where power efficiency and board space savings are critical. This model is fully compatible with 3.3V only systems, mixed 3.3V and 5.0V systems, and 5.0V only systems, and can serve as a pin-for-pin replacement for '207 and '237 type devices.
