The RT9170-33PX is a triple linear regulator controller designed for motherboard application, mainly used as power supply for motherboards and graphic cards. It has a compact SOP-8 package with an adjustable output voltage setting, a wide 3V to 8V input voltage range, current limiting, and thermal protection. The driver can source and sink over 100mA and 5mA, respectively, allowing the device to deliver a high output stability. It is RoHS compliant and 100% Lead (Pb)-Free.
