Description

The PM256Z is a serial peripheral interface (SPI) flash memory that comes in three variations: Pm25LD512 (512Kbit), Pm25LD010 (1Mbit), and Pm25LD020 (2Mbit). It supports a clock rate of up to 33 MHz in normal read mode and up to 100 MHz in fast read mode, making it the fastest in the industry. With a voltage range of 2.3V to 3.6V, it can perform read, erase, and program operations. It can also be easily programmed using standard EPROM programmers.
