DESCRIPTION

The L6201013TR is a full-bridge driver that is used in motor control applications. The device is manufactured using Multipower-BCD technology, which combines isolated DMOS power transistors with CMOS and bipolar circuits on the same chip. By using mixed technology, the logic circuitry of the device has been optimized to achieve the best performance. The DMOS output transistors can operate at supply voltages up to 42V and efficiently at high switching speeds. All the logic inputs are compatible with TTL, CMOS, and µC. The device has three different mounting packages.
