Description
The PACVGA200 is an electronic component model specifically designed for power management in the specialized field of PMIC (Power Management Integrated Circuit). It features 7 channels of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection for all signal lines commonly found in a VGA (Video Graphics Array) port. This ESD protection is implemented with current steering diodes, ensuring safe handling of high surge currents that may be encountered with IEC-1000-4-2 Level-4 ESD Protection (8KV contact discharge). When subjected to an electrostatic discharge, the ESD current pulse is directed through the protection diodes into the positive supply rail or ground, allowing for safe dissipation of the discharge.
