The AD7873ARUZ is a fast, complete 14-bit analog-to-digital converter specifically designed for touch screen controllers. It features a track/hold amplifier, successive-approximation ADC and versatile interface logic. This device also includes a self-contained, laser trimmed internal clock which eliminates the need for external clock timing components. Additionally, the on-chip clock can be overridden to synchronize ADC operation to the digital system, ensuring minimum noise.
