The device is designed to be controlled from a single–ended Hall Sensor input. The circuit is built using high–density Integrated–Injection Logic (IIL) processing incorporating high current–gain PNP and NPN transistors.**

The MC33094DW is packaged in an economical surface mount package and specified over an ambient temperature of –40°C to 125°C with a maximum junction temperature of 150°C.
