Description
The L1N is an intelligent monolithic power circuit that combines a lateral bipolar transistor, resistors, zener diodes, and a PowerMOS transistor. It is designed with current limiting and drain to source voltage clamping features for safe use in circuits, especially those with potentially shorted load conditions. The L1N can be fully biased on with just 5V from gate to source, thanks to its logic level gates. It also offers input protection for ESD up to 2kV. This model was formerly known as the TA09880.
